Terms & Conditions

  • These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) apply to this cash back promotional offer (the “Promotional Offer”) for consumers, which is sponsored and brought to you by Cello-Wim Plast Limited (“Cello”) and conducted by RewardPort (“Partner agency”) on the Cello Products calling out this offer on the package as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein and the package. In terms of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the pack and these terms and conditions, the terms herein mentioned shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

  • To be entitled for the Promotional Offer, the participants of the Promotional Offer will be enrolled in the Cello program.

    • The participants have the option to withdraw from the program at any point of time.

  • The Promotional Offer is a limited period offer valid only in India subject to availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age. Below are the start and end date of the Promotional Offer for each of the Products :

  • Under the Promotional Offer, the eligible consumers will be entitled to cash credit in Paytm wallet/UPI linked bank account Amazon Pay Code. Every customer will get an ASSURED CASHBACK OF RS.100/- per month and upto 400/- subject to this T&C to be followed for the redemption of the voucher as mentioned below. Further note that apart from this Assured cashback.

  • In compliance with lottery law in the state of Tamil Nadu, every consumer participating in the promotion will get a fixed and assured Rs. 100/- Cash back upon following the steps to redeem.

  • This Promotional Offer entitles the consumer with cash credited in Paytm wallet/UPI linked bank account. The value of cash Rs. 100/- per month for 4 months. The amount will be credited in the respective wallet as per the code received inside the pack. Consumers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cash voucher (“Cash Vouchers”) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner end. 

  • The Cash amount will be credited within 24 / 48 hours, but in case of Public holiday and weekend the amount will be credited on the next working day.

  • Unique code can be redeemed only via SMS to get OTP for Paytm/UPI cash Reward.

  • For the claim for the subsequent months, an OTP will be sent every time when the payment is made. The OTP is to be claimed after 30 days of receipt of the same and within 15 days, In case the redemption is not done, then the amount will lapse.

  • The last date for registration/claim is 31st March 2023.

  • Validity of the OTP is 45 days period i.e. if the coupon code is received on SMS on 15th May 2021 then the code would be valid for 45 days i.e. till June 30th 2021.

  • In no event Paytm/UPI Amazon Pay be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the customer.

  • The unique code cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.

  • The details of Paytm wallet ID and UPI linked back account have to be entered by the consumer themselves. If the consumers enter incorrect Paytm wallet ID/UPI Linked bank account details, the unique code will be assumed to be used and cannot be altered for another new code.

  • Once consumer selects the choice of receipt of payment i.e. either Paytm/UPI Voucher/ Amazon Pay it cannot be altered, changed or replaced.

  • If the Unique code is lost, misplaced or stolen, a new Unique code will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate Unique code will not be issued.

  • Cello, Rewardport or Paytm/UPI shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the Cash reward. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the Unique code, cash reward and the credentials mentioned on it.

  • Paytm/UPI voucher may change (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time.

  • This is strictly a onetime usage code.

  • By participating in the Promotional Offer, the participant agrees to allow Cello / Rewardport to contact the participant for the purpose of this Promotional offer. Further the participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by Cello / RewardPort may be used or shared with any agency for any further analysis/ promotion or marketing communications.   • The participating customers may, at the request of Cello participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to CELLO for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating consumer agrees and consents to Cello to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.

  • The decision of Cello or its Partner Agency, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.

  • No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Cello and its Partner Agency from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.

  • The prize cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

  • The use of Paytm/UPI name in this terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of Paytm/UPI in Cello. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between Cello and Paytm/UPI Voucher, except that both entities have a principal to principal relationship.

  • This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

  • This offer is not valid for channel partners i.e Outlet, Dealers, Resellers, Sellers their staff and family members.
